Legacy Rewards users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information.

How to Request Account Deletion

Information to Include

To help us locate and verify the correct account, please include:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your Legacy Rewards account
• Your phone number, if associated with the account
• The participating store connected to your account, if known

What Will Be Deleted

After an eligible deletion request is verified and processed, personal information associated with the account may include:

• Account profile information
• Name and contact information
• Date of birth
• Membership information
• Rewards account information

Information That May Be Retained

Certain records may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, transaction recordkeeping, or other legitimate business purposes.

Information that must be retained will no longer be used for active rewards-program participation except where required for those purposes.
