3. Camera Access

Legacy Rewards may request access to a device camera for QR code scanning features. Camera access is used to scan membership or rewards-related QR codes. Legacy Rewards does not use the camera for unrelated purposes.

Legacy Rewards uses cloud-based services, including Firebase services, to support authentication, database storage, file storage, hosting, and application functionality.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Personal information may be made available to the participating business associated with a user's rewards account so that the business can operate its loyalty program.

We may also use service providers that process information on our behalf as necessary to operate Legacy Rewards. We do not sell personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Legacy Rewards service, maintain account and transaction records, protect the security of the platform, meet legitimate business needs, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Some records may need to be retained after an account deletion request when retention is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes.

7. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their Legacy Rewards account and associated personal data.

When an eligible account deletion request is completed, personal data associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized, except for information that we are required or permitted to retain for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.

Legacy Rewards is not intended for children under the minimum age permitted by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where prohibited by law.
